Senior Consultant in the field with specializations in Workflow, Screen Customizations, Administrator functions and Report Writing (Actuate). MAXIMO Workflow and Administration are areas of Significant Expertise. November 1995 – June 2001 St. Luke’s Regional Medical Center – Boise ID. CMMS Specialist (Computerized Maintenance Management Specialist) As the MAXIMO System Administrator performed daily administrative tasks including but not limited to; creating PM’s and Job Plans, populating the MAXIMO data base with St. Luke specific data, customization of the Application Screens, Writing Reports (SQR, Brio and Crystal), maintained backups and performed disaster recovery trials, performed troubleshooting (performance and data), installed patches and managed upgrades (version 3.0.A through version 4.1.1). Created, Maintained and was Responsible for Plant, Facility and Clinical Engineering PM’s. Responsibilities included generation of, completion of, and paperwork tracking for JCAHO (Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations), state, local and non-profit organizational reviews and for tracking the completion rates for the various maintenance departments of the hospital. Maintained the existing PM system in MAXIMO and the legacy systems used for maintaining all hospital equipment and locations. Tracked the Preventive, Emergency and Corrective maintenance initially on a spreadsheet and finally in the MAXIMO software for the Plant, Facility, Security and Landscaping Departments and ServiceMaster software used to track Clinical Engineering equipment. Responsible for End User training - developed, delivered, and evaluated its effectiveness
