Maximo data entry levels

Maximo saves data at 3 different levels.

The highest level data is saved in Maximo is the System level. This information is shared across the entire Enterprise. An example of this would be security controls.

The middle level of data storage is organizational. Data like item sets, company sets, job plans and master PMs would all be stored here and shared across all organization found within the system.

The bottom tier of data storage in Maximo is by site. Sites are going to store site specific data that would be irrelevant or unusable at other locations. This would include assets, locations, and work orders.
