Maximo Consultants by Title

Or my best guess as to what they mean - Will

Consultant Titles

Intern

A person with zero to some level of Maximo experience. Usually they are not certified on the application, however this may not always be the case depending on their learning goals.

Co-Op

A person working on Maximo in a position that should garner College credits.

This person may have zero knowledge of the Maximo application all the way to a certification, much like the Intern does, but will expect to get paid for their efforts and to have a more focused work schedule.

Junior Consultant

This person is working for a company as an employee (usually) or is 1099.

There is an expectation that this person knows enough about Maximo to perform duties with and help develop changes to the application. They should be able to set basic settings within the application (System Administrator functions).

This person may be certified, most likely the "IBM Certified Associate - Maximo Asset Management VX.x" level of certification.

Usually the person is expected to be able to do much of the items listed under "Tailoring" the application; although not all.

This person should be qualified / promoted to Consultant within 6 months - 1 year (practical experience)
